The painting was created mostly with a pallet knife and a small amount of brush work to finish off details.

This painting was initially suppose to match the ballerina painting I did called, Ballerina Tying Pointe Shoes. The colors weren't working so I added blue and orange and the dancer came to life. Now the painting is energetic and shows movement.
