Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

In this version of Determination I wanted an aged feel. Like the Greco-Roman wall paintings with cracks and peeling paint. A combination of pallet knife and brush work with an earthy color-pallet was used to achieve this texture. Water based oils are a beautiful thing. You can get the same affect as traditional oils, but with soap and water cleanup and the paint is non-toxic. Firstly, I did a drawn version; which is shown in my 'drawings' gallery. I then did a painted version before this one; which is in my 'horses and cowboys' gallery. That one is titled Painted Determination also, but is done entirely with a pallet knife and with a completely different color pallet.
