The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The title of this goes back and forth from Cat Burglar to Cat Fishing. Either title works. Which one do you like better?
Don't you love it when a plan comes together? Seeing as cats are not fond of water, this fishing technique may not be working out as well as the cat thought it would and he is kind of miffed about it. Stealing his way to a fishing expedition into the nearby Koi pond was a great way to get up close and personal with the fishes. Does he have enough air in his fish bowl to catch the fish? Maybe he sees this as a catastrophe and abandon the idea altogether.
