This is a little 6 x6 inch oil on Aquabord. Hummingbirds regularly visit our water feature, stop flying and take a drink. We have a huge Western Red Cedar that they nest in during the summer. I've seen three different kinds come to the water feature from that tree. I love that they feel secure enough to stop flying and sit on the rock to take several long drinks before flying off.
