PAINTED BY NATURE; CAPTURED BY JANI. As I'm out photographing, I seem to happen upon and be drawn to naturally abstract or impressionistic subjects. Sometimes those abstract photographs resemble paintings. I am facinated with rusted thing and the patina that nature gives everyday objects. Perhaps I love those types of photographs because it tickles my painter side. A sort of combination of two of my favorite medias that I didn't expect to happen when I began photography.
