HOPE
This ballerina dances a dance of sorrow.
With fear there will be no 'morrow...
Tears of joy replace tears of sadness.
Vigilant hope returns her dance of gladness.

Again, loss pours unjustly bending delicate hopes.
She does not break though sorrow soaks...
Soaking in...welling her soul and strengthening resolve.
Vigilant hope returns her dance of gladness.
Tears of joy replace tears sadness.
Her wet face now wiped dry by the wind.
Undefeated hope makes loss not the end.
